Users that have purchased these titles on or after January 1, 2009 may receive a free upgrade with proof of purchase receipt. Users who purchased these titles before January 1, 2009 can receive these updates for $10.00 each with proof of purchase receipt. Those with no proof of purchase receipts may purchase the updates for $15.00 each, but must return original CD-ROM as proof of purchase. Due to unforseen incompatibility issues with 64 bit operating systems, the following titles have been delayed:

Though we are continuing to explore viable solutions, these issues may lead to permanent incompatibilty with 64 bit operating systems. These titles have been proven to install and run on 32 bit Vista/7 operating systems, though compatibilty issues may occur for some users. If you have purchased one of these titles on or after October 1st, 2009, and have proof of purchase receipt, you may be eligible to receive a refund for your purchase.
